A.C.T. has laboratory equipped with soil and water sample testing kit, engineering survey instruments, geophysical instruments. A.C.T. has facility to do detail chemical analysis for soil and water samples. Primary ground water testing can be done with the help of geophysical instruments.

Arid Communities and Technologies (A.C.T.) is a professional voluntary organization and working in semi arid to arid region. A.C.T. is mainly focuses on research program and training program for capacity building mainly in water resource and agriculture field. So ACT has two physical unit, one is Planning and research center and second one is Training center.
